Today I experienced Via Colori, Houston’s annual street art festival fundraiser for The Center for Hearing and Speech (CHS.)
It was amazing to see all of the beautifully-talented artists decorate the streets of downtown!
Via Colori is a two-day event, so if you missed it today, stop by Hermann Square tomorrow from 10AM until 5PM. The event is free, and donations are encouraged, with all proceeds benefiting CHS.
I encourage you to get out and see what the Houston street art scene is all about at Via Colori!
About The Center for Hearing and Speech:
“The Center for Hearing and Speech is the only full-service resource in Houston to teach children with hearing loss to listen and speak without the use of sign languages. For over 65 years, The Center for Hearing and Speech, a United Way agency, has been dedicated to improving the lives of children with hearing loss through clinical, education, and support services. All of the Center’s programs demonstrate a commitment to enable deaf children to reach their full potential by teaching them listening, speaking and literacy skills. Last year, CHS provided services to more than 8,500 children in 229 ZIP codes.”
